This restaurant uses local and organic ingredients whenever possible for their menu which changes seasonally. They also have a large selection of different wines and craft beer. You’ll find them less than a five minute drive from Catalyst at 828 2nd St in Long Beach.
We love good food here at Catalyst just like we love good weed and Saint & Second has some of the best food in Belmont Shore. We’re talking crab cakes that melt in your mouth made with freshly caught crab. We’re talking house smoked tri-tip the likes of which you cannot even imagine. We’re talking truffle fries, yes you heard me right, truffle fries.
Are you familiar with truffles? Do you know the lengths people have to go to just to get truffles? Go watch Pig with Nicholas Cage and you’ll get the idea. Suffice it to say, they’re delicious and very hard to find, not to mention very expensive.
I found myself significantly less wealthy than I was the day before the last time I smoked the new Connected drop and went over to Saint & Second but sweet God almighty it was worth it. I regret nothing, and neither will you if you grab some Catalyst products and head straight over to Saint & Second.
