Point Mugu Missile Park near Oxnard

Point Mugu, less than five miles from our Oxnard dispensary at 10A Naval Air Rd, is a big open space with these giant displays of naval aircraft and missiles that were tested at Naval Air Station Point Mugu which lies just to the southeast of the park. Great for a nice walk with your dog or a contemplative solo stroll where you will feel the great power of war machines that have to be seen to be understood.

I doubt you’ll be bothered if you choose to enjoy a joint while you walk and fear not, the munitions are no longer live. A stray spark from the doobie will not result in an Earth-shattering explosion I assume, and desperately hope. It’s a fine time to be had with breathtaking displays. The fresh air will do you wonders, the missiles will shock and awe you, the planes will inspire you to go down to pilot school and learn the art of taking to the skies. If nothing else, it’s a nice walk with cool shit to look at while you do it. What more can you ask for?
