Blossoms & Brass – Santa Ana

This place is a Santa Ana favorite. Blossoms & Brass is a high-end Asian-Italian fusion restaurant at 3333 Bristol St that’s well worth the splurge and only 10 minutes away from our Catalyst Santa Ana OC3 Dispensary. The food is excellent and the cocktails are even better. We highly recommend the Wagyu. Actually, I recommend wagyu in almost any situation. I don’t care if you’re a hop skip and a jump away from total bankruptcy, wagyu may just be the salvation you need to turn things around.

But here at Blossoms & Brass you’ll find salvation, inspiration, fine foods, a quaint and high-functioning atmosphere not to mention the name itself is just fun to say out loud in a tone of voice that I imagine the nobleman of yore would use when informing their noblemen cronies of the fantastic little watering hole serving wagyu down the road.

I imagine if they were weed smokers they’d have some fancy well-to-do wooden pipe with gold adornments. Did the nobleman of yore get high? Probably. Who’s to know? But one thing I do know is you would be highly advised to find your way to Blossoms & Brass before too long. Maybe find yourself a fancy pipe first because that would just be fun.
