Los Angeles County Museum of Art near Mid City Los Angeles

This staple of Los Angeles features some of the most beautiful art displays in the country and it’s only 15 minutes from our Mid City dispensary at 5905 Wilshire Blvd. The LA County Museum of Art is a great place to go after ingesting some art-enhancing Catalyst products.

It may sound silly but I can’t say enough good things about art appreciation. In the age of artificial intelligence pumping out images faster than the speed of sound, it does the soul wonders to look upon artwork that took actual skill and hours of work to finish. The Los Angeles County Museum of Art is enormous. It’s on a 20-acre campus and features so many beautiful works of art you won’t believe it until you go see it in person. It’s not just limited to paintings, either.

There’s enormous sculptures down there you’ll take one look at and say “hot damn how did anybody ever think to make that?” Admission is 28 bucks through their website and worth every penny for the experience it buys. Fair warning: you just might find yourself collecting artwork yourself after you visit and it’s quite an expensive hobby.
