Paramount Pictures Studio Tour near Florence Ave Los Angeles

This one’s a bit further away from Catalyst (10 miles or a half-hour drive) but it’s a must-see in Los Angeles. You can see sets, backdrops and props from all your favorite classic movies. It’s one of those things that people who live in the city have always meant to do but never quite make time for. It’s such a kick in the pants.

You get a whole new perspective on your favorite movies and learn all kinds of little fun facts about them. I feel like every stoner plays that little game to themselves when they’re watching movies where you have to figure out what else you’ve seen a particular actor or actress in. This tour is like that times 100. They cover over 100 years of Hollywood history and there’s different tiers of access depending on how deep you want to get with it.

There’s the basic tour for $67, the premier for $150 or the VIP for $250 and they range from two to four and a half hours. I can’t recommend it enough and it goes without saying you should get absolutely ripped beforehand so stock up at Catalyst before you go.
