The MODERN Kitchen + Bar near Cherry Ave Long Beach

The MODERN Kitchen + Bar is a fantastic restaurant with locally-sourced food and designer cocktails located less than a five minute drive from the Catalyst Cherry Ave dispensary right next to the airport at 2801 E Spring St. Their sandwiches are great and they have no shortage of other delectable options to choose from.

They make this caprese toast that has my mouth watering just talking about it. It comes with heirloom tomato, burrata, prosciutto, garlic, basil, olive oil and a balsamic reduction on top of sourdough toast. I actually can’t believe I’m sitting here telling you about it instead of eating it because my God I am so incredibly hungry right now. Suffice it to say, if you’re stopping by Catalyst Cherry Ave you absolutely have to go check this place out.

Everything they serve is fantastic but the pies in particular, I promise you these pies will blow your mind particularly the angus beef and wild mushroom pies. I don’t even like pies all that much but I swear to you these pies are worth every penny. Be sure to grab some top shelf flower from Alien Labs, Fig Farms or 710 Labs before you go, the experience is worth the extra money you can rest assured of that.
